Terms of Service
By purchasing, trading, or otherwise receiving one of my designs, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms below.
These terms may be updated when necessary. Terms active at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction.
01 General
- You must be able to complete payment within the stated time.
- I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
- Please communicate clearly if a delay or issue occurs.
- I do not allow backouts, chargebacks or refunds.
02 Payment
- All payment must be taken through PAYPAL or CASHAPP. I do not have any other payment links and don't plan to in the future.
- Backing out of an offer will result in a block and an addition to my private blacklist. Please only offer money or artwork you are confident you can provide within the agreed timeframe. I will not refund completed payments or wait indefinitely on art due to buyer's remorse, overcommitting or long queues.
- I only offer payment plans for offers $100+. Depending on amount and if small payments are made reliably, I can hold up to 3 months. Holds of smaller ammounts ($50) are only possible for 2 weeks. Holds will be specified on the adopt profile.
- Be aware that if a chargeback is issued at anytime after the design has changed hands, the design automatically returns back to me.
03 Ownership and usage
- I do not care about what you use the design for as long as it falls within personal use. The character is yours.
- Unless commercial use is bought, do not use it for commercial gain. A design will have a commercial use option if I offer it.
- Co-owning is fine, but I will not handle any co-owner disputes. If a secondary profile is made, preserve my credit and put me as the creator of the design. For secondary profiles, you may do the below:
- The above is not consent for you to create duplicate profiles to get around credit.
- FOR KEEPSAKE ONLY. CO-OWN TERMS: Co-owning is fine, but I will not handle any co-owner disputes. Please do NOT make a secondary profile. Use the co-own feature present in the character under the tab transfers and ownership.
- If you do not want the character anymore, and do not want to put them up for adoption, you can send them back to me (Praying@TH / Deliver@TH / GOD@Keepsake). If I notice that it went to a design shelter, I will go to claim them back if possible.
04 Pertaining to design
- Creating AU desgns of the base design is OKAY
- When redesigning, I ask that you do not redesign it to the point that it is unrecognizable.
- I ask that you do not purchase a design to be used for bundles and trade fodder (item used to get something better). This includes purchasing the design and immediately redesigning it for profit.
- Do not create replicas or heavily inspired versions of the adopt you purchased from me just to sell.
- Please do not remove POC appearances, cultural items or disabilities from a clearly POC, cultural respective and/or disabled design. While I understand I can't stop you, that's weirdly.
- Please do not delete the design/character profile; especially to get around credit. You do not have to give me an auth link, approve me, etc. Just do not delete them.
05 Trading and reselling
- Don't resell for a higher price without added art (personal/commissioned), writing, physical goods, etc. The BV (w/o added art/goods) will always remain the same. You can find this in the ownership logs.
- If a design has been traded or gifted, the BV (base value) returns to $0 and can only be traded/gifted until worth is added (by the new owner).
06 Blacklist and refusal of service
- I, as the artist and creator of the design, reserves the right to decline any offer I see fit for any reason. Do not, for any reason, attempt to change my mind, guilt or send any third parties.
- Breaking my terms of service may result in refusal of future service and/or being added to my public or private blacklist depending on the severity of the violation.

Sup! I'm Cherub, but feel free to call me Valentine. I'm a 22+ year old artist and resident dumbass webmaster with a love for pixels. I made this site to have a cute shop site for my adopts. Toyhouse is lowkey buns for aesthetics, so I made something that spoke to me. Coding is still a learning experience, especially when a site is supposed to serve one purpose. Toast
Toast is this site's mascot! Most of my personal sites have a mascot because why not haha. Toast is a faerie borne from the moon - taking on the form of a skittish young adult with dark skin, white hair and faire eyes. Introverted at heart, Toast loves striped lollipops. Toast is a NEET who loves teal and pink - and for some unholy reason, javascript.
